The setup
Install Decision Referee in your Slack workspace and run the firm profile setup once to define your company's context. This includes industry, size, risk tolerance, and strategic focus.
After setup, any team member can submit a decision for review directly in Slack. Decision Referee analyzes the decision using your company profile and returns a structured recommendation within seconds.
No training, no integrations to manage, and no workflow changes required.
How to use it
Open Slack and submit a decision using the Decision Referee command.
You'll be asked to briefly describe the decision, its expected impact, and the goal you're trying to achieve. Once submitted, Decision Referee analyzes the decision using your company's context and returns a clear assessment in the channel.
Each response includes the expected impact level, the likelihood of success, a short explanation, and concrete recommendations on what to do next.
